CATALOG:
Primitives By Hutch does not have a printed catalog. We change items on our website frequently as items are discontinued, that we may closeout because an item does not sell well, and we add new items often. Please refer to our website for current product availability.
We are in the process of starting a newletter to notify subscribers of new product arrivals, sale items, and special discounts available to subscribers only.

ORDERING:
The following payment options are available at the checkout: Check, Moneyorder, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or PayPals. We are now able to process phone orders with Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.

ILLINOIS RESIDENTS: You will be charged 7.5% sales tax unless you provide us with a resale tax number. Primitives By Hutch is located in Illinois.

INVALID ZIP CODE OR ADDRESS: If we get charged by UPS a $5.00 fee for the address correction, this will be passed on to you. Please be sure you have given us the correct address. If this happens, you will billed for this charge. Of course, if it is our mistake, you will not be charged.

CANCELING OR REFUSING ORDERS: If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please send us an e-mail. If your order has not already shipped, we will be able to cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of our Return Policy. If you refuse a shipment, you will be billed the 15% restocking charge, plus the shipping charges.

DAMAGES: If you notice breakage, spillage or damage, contact UPS immediately for a claim number. Their phone number is 1-800-742-5877, or you may e-mail UPS at: UPS Customer Service. By you filing a claim, the process is speeded up, as UPS must talk to both of us. They will instruct you at the time of filing your claim as to what to do and whether they will need to inspect the damages.

RETURN POLICY: The customer must contact us for approval before returning any items to us. Return authorizations are valid for 10 business days after receiving your order. Please include your original invoice or name and order number with your return.
All original packing and its COMPLETE contents must be returned in as-new, unmarked and undamaged condition, or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Drop ship items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. If returned items are not in re-saleable condition when you return them, no credit will be given, and a digital picture will be taken for documentation.
Please use a return shipping method that issues tracking or identification numbers, so that you can be assured that the item has been received by our Returns Department.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 7 days, by mail. Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable, unless an order has been incorrectly shipped by us.
We do our best to depict the actual product-both by picture and by discription so there won't be any confusion about a product, however, due to image processing limitations and varying monitor qualities, colors and products may appear different than actual.

MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS: Claims for missing or incorrect items MUST be filed within 3 days of receiving your order. Please be sure to unpack all boxes and check against invoice immediately. We will not be responsible for claims after 3 days.

Samples: We're sorry, but we do not send out free samples.

DISCLAIMER: Primitives By Hutch hereby disclaims any and all responsibility or liability which may be asserted or claimed from or claimed to have arisen from any or all misuse or mishandling of any product that we offer for sale through this website or elsewhere, or from any product that becomes broken after being handled by the customer. It is assumed that the customer has educated themselves as to candle making products, safety and technique. No responsibility will be assumed for injury or damage for the products sold by us.
